We want you to be happy with your Jollywoo purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging when possible.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
